Warehouse Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to manage warehouse departmental functions and activities with compliance of CGMP.
2. Responsible for receipt and storage of starting materials, packaging materials, consumables and finished goods in warehouse.
3. Responsible for preparation of Good Receipt Note (GRN) for the material.
4. Responsible for issuance and dispensing of API, Raw material, packaging materials, printed packing materials and consumables etc.
5. Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
6. Play a vital role in developing and implementing SAP (in near future)
7. Posting and Transaction of materials in SAP or ERP system
8. Responsible for physical management of material.
9. Follow up with Quality control department for timely sampling and release of materials
10. Identify the materials which are due for Retesting on monthly basis and inform to respective department for sampling of the same
11. Responsible for management and dispatch of finished goods (Batch dispatch).
12. Responsible for preparation and review of standard operating procedure for related to warehouse department activities.
13. Responsible for qualification and validation of equipment, instruments and to ensure that the appropriate qualification validations are done.
14. To ensure that appropriate maintenance of equipment, instruments, and premises are done.
15. To perform the Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances.
16. To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his/her department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
17. Responsible for incident investigation and reporting related to warehouse department and functions.
18. To involve / participate in investigation during failure / discrepancies as a cross functional team (if any).
19. Responsible to follow and ensure to comply the quality management system (QMS) i.e. Change control, incident, CAPA etc.
20. Responsible for continuous improvement in the warehouse department compliance.
21. To ensure Safety norms as per EHS policy of the site, meet 100% guidelines.
22. Shall be responsible for quality control operational excellence.
23. Shall be accountable for timely completion of SOP and CGMP training.
