Job Description:
- Analyzing, maintaining and updating the event data.
- Interaction with National & International Exhibitors.
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Coordination with marketing managers and department head.
- Preparing event program and plan work accordingly.
- Helping the organizations processes remain legally compliant.
- Ensuring legal, health, and safety obligations for exhibitions.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Coordinating with contractors & stand designers.
- Undertaking staff requirements for exhibitions
- Keeping a track on suppliers and contractors.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Instant troubleshooting of client issues and problems.
- Onsite Operations & Coordinating with the clients & Vendors
