Mivada - Workday Functional Consultant - HCM Module (3-5 yrs)

Role Description :

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their HR and business processes are optimized within the Workday platform. You will be adaptable, versatile, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Your ability to independently gather requirements and your excellent communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities :

- Be open to working on different Workday modules.

- Leverage your expertise in various Workday modules to provide solutions to clients.

- Perform configurations to meet clients' specific needs.

- Independently gather requirements from clients and deliver on the same.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions, both internally and with stakeholders.

- Be open to working on both implementation (Phase X) and post-production support projects.

- If necessary, lead and manage a team to ensure successful project delivery.

- Upskill and participate in our Grad program.

- Be versatile adapting to project needs.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.).

- Experience with Workday configuration, including business processes, security, and reporting.

- Ability to design and implement Workday solutions to meet client requirements.

- Experience creating and modifying Workday reports.

Workday Business Processes :

- Understanding of Workday Business Process configuration.

- Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, etc.) is a plus.

- Experience with data migration and data validation in Workday.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.

- Experience delivering end-to-end functional solutions to clients.
