General Manager- Operations

Candidate should have minimum 15 - 20years experience as a GM-Operations, can handle complete Ops (like after sales, finance, purchase, payments and other responsibilities) also prefered Pre Engineered Building experienceed candidate.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Strategic Planning and Operational Leadership
  
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  Lead the operations team to meet organizational goals and targets.
  Analyze operational performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  Team Management and Development
  
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team across various departments.
  Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for all operational staff.
  Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
  Process Optimization and Improvement
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
  Introduce best practices, quality control measures, and innovation to improve operational workflows.
  Oversee the execution of operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  Budgeting and Cost Management
  
• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and managing costs within set targets.
  Monitor and report on budget performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
  Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control
  
• Ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer experience and addressing customer feedback.
  Monitor operational processes to identify and resolve issues affecting product or service quality.
  Reporting and Performance Monitoring
  
• Provide regular operational reports and performance updates to senior management.
