Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as reactors, distillation columns, filters, etc. to ensure efficient API manufacturing.
  
• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry.
  
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity improvement initiatives.
