Production Operator - Unit-A, Shapurnagar, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as furnace, cooling tower, and other machinery to produce high-quality products.
  
• Monitor and control the temperature of the furnace during melting process to ensure optimal conditions for alloy composition.
  
• Load raw materials (metal scrap) into the furnace according to specifications and monitor its movement within the melt pool.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production data including weight, temperature, and quality control checks.
  
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or product defects.
