Role & responsibilities

• Receiving material, maintaining records of inwarded material, unloading, physical verification & preparation of MRN.
• Safe Storage of material to prevent damage/ deterioration, with due Identification.
• Maintain consumables as per min max levels and raising indents considering lead time.
• On time issuance of material to production and other sections; and to update stock entries in ERP on daily basis.
• Manage shelf life items and implementation of FIFO.
• Complete Documentation pertaining to Job Work, RGPs / NRGPs etc.
• Secure stock by implementing security systems and measures
• Regular Stock checking & inventory management
• Raise an alarm for shortages for production
• Raise an alarm for slow moving stocks/ dead stock
• Packaging & dispatch of items as per defined standards.
• Adherence of systems and legal requirements if any.
• Provide inputs for annual budget on time in desired formats.
• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Any other work entrusted by the Management from time to time

Essential Requirements

• Minimum experience of 15 years in stores & material management.
• Knowledge of ERP system
