Furniture Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

• Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

• Oversee the display and merchandising of furniture to enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales.

• Monitor and report on sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability.

• Develop in-store promotions and events to attract customers and drive sales.

Preferred candidate profile

- Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the furniture or retail industry.

- Strong background in customer relationship management and handling customer service issues.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets through effective sales strategies and promotions.

- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

- Strong focus on achieving results and meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
