Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition/HR

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly for specialized roles in the automotive sector.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and continuously improve the process.
• Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers for selection.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Design and execute engagement activities to boost employee morale and retention.
• Conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and recommend improvement plans.
• Organize events, workshops, and recognition programs tailored to the company's culture.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support.
• Coordinate with external trainers or develop in-house programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
• Strong recruitment and headhunting skills, particularly in the automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
