Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge about TPM with KK & JH Pillar
• Programmer of PANASONIC ROBOT (TCP, MWT)
• Known to Robots of MIG Welding.
• knowledge about monthly production target & loss recovery planning.
• Sound knowledge of MIG/MAG, Resistance & MIG/MAG welding.
• Take line audits as per schedule.
• Maintain documentation as per IATF standards.
• Process Improvement by analyzing the issues & take counter measures to enhance Safety, Quality, Productivity.
• Line balancing & cycle time reduction, Line & process Layout experience.
• Control WIP & rejection on line.
• Effective utilization of Man, Machine, Materials & Technology.
• Prepare and present MRM and MIS report of production, consumption, manpower.
• Responsible for preparing & monitoring daily OEE calculation.
• Optimization of Direct & indirect consumable cost.
• Red bin analysis and Countermeasures and sustenance action with CFT team.
• Find fugai, red tag, white tag and closed all tags and monitoring
• Control of manpower & Supervisors as per their skill & Skill upgradation as per plan through regular trainings.
• Handling all systems like (FIFO & Control plan)
• Efficiency analysis & continuous improvement through kaizen & poka- yoke.
• Cost & Space saving improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Must work experience in Silencer/Muffler Production
