Job Description

  • Learning & Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assess the training needs of employees across all levels and departments, and create a tailored learning approach.
  • Design and implement programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to enhance employees skills and competencies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee talent identification and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders within the company.
  • Collaborate with HR Head and leadership to create career development plans and growth opportunities for employees.
  • Design the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and facilitate the development plan to transition the talent.
  • Partner with managers to conduct talent reviews, performance evaluations, and continuous progress feedback.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and prepare employees for leadership roles.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering their growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand the organization’s talent needs and ensure alignment of development initiatives.
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
  • Facilitate the ‘train the trainer’ model to spearhead a collaborative learning culture through in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics such as leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
  • Track and report on learning and talent management metrics to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve L&D offerings and overall employee experience.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Help create programs to engage employees and improve retention through career growth and skill development opportunities.
  • Support the integration of new hires by designing and delivering effective onboarding programs.
