Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Assess the training needs of employees across all levels and departments, and create a tailored learning approach.
Design and implement programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to enhance employees skills and competencies.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent identification and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders within the company.
Collaborate with HR Head and leadership to create career development plans and growth opportunities for employees.
Design the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and facilitate the development plan to transition the talent.
Partner with managers to conduct talent reviews, performance evaluations, and continuous progress feedback.
Leadership Development:
Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and prepare employees for leadership roles.
Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering their growth and engagement.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand the organization’s talent needs and ensure alignment of development initiatives.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Facilitate the ‘train the trainer’ model to spearhead a collaborative learning culture through in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics such as leadership, communication, and technical skills.
Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning initiatives.
Measurement & Reporting:
Track and report on learning and talent management metrics to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve L&D offerings and overall employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Help create programs to engage employees and improve retention through career growth and skill development opportunities.
Support the integration of new hires by designing and delivering effective onboarding programs.
