The Senior Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for driving and managing the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy across ISDC’s extensive network of over 250 university and college partners across India. The role requires working closely with academic institutions to enhance faculty development, student learning outcomes, and curriculum integration for globally recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, and US CMA. The incumbent will also be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with ISDC’s strategic education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust Learning & Development strategy aligned with ISDC’s academic partnerships.
• Engage with university and college partners to drive faculty development, curriculum enhancements, and student success programs.
• Plan and implement training programs for faculty members, trainers, and students to promote ACCA, CIMA, and US CMA qualifications.
• Establish strong partnerships with top-tier institutions across India, ensuring high-quality learning interventions and skill enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Academic, Business Development, and HR teams, to drive learning initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for faculty, students, and academic leaders on professional certification programs.
• Develop customized learning roadmaps, assessments, and competency frameworks for university and college partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with global education trends, accreditation requirements, and best practices in professional education and skill development.
• Travel extensively to partner institutions across India to facilitate on-ground training and engagement programs.
