Knowledge in Implementing LWR sites and LWC (Lightening Web Component) components along with Data Tracking Management tools and cookie management tools. eg : hotjar, google analytics, appinium, one trust Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Provide solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adheres to salesforce best practices. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications. Own the design of Commerce Cloud, and other Salesforce platform solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements. To review multi market impact of solutions and recommending improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to page loads optimal content size. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and/or Salesforce SMEs.
