Responsibilities in Operations support:

Equipment management:

Handled Malaysia equipment process, Extraction of data from Export voyage reconciliation method,
preparing Shortshipped laden & empty containers and sending it to Agency.
Preparation of Documentation stages report for Empty containers, Creation of booking based on DSR
& linking containers and clearing Errors from Export End.
Liaising with transshipment team regarding over-landed & damaged containers and updating the
movements in system.
Processing & follow up on Misused containers and cost recovery from responsible party.
Container & Breakbulk tracking and updating movements based on Agency instructions and Inventory
reports.
Conducting Regular Process Audit to ensure adherence to SOP.
Integrating container moves using CODECO/COARRI file, resolving errors in EDI rejection screen,
Analyzing Time gap in Tracking performance dashboard.
Detention, Demurrage, Storage & Monitoring Process:

Creating & Generating the DDSM invoices for export and import bookings/BLs for handling countries
through CMA CGM application and sending to customers.
Check points before invoicing such as Container moves, Container quantity, Container size & type,
Haulage type, Port (point code), Start/Stop moves, Amount, Tariff rate, Free days, Total chargeable days,
Charge type & payer.
Creating TBI file & sending to respective agencies on weekly basis.
