Job Description
We are looking for Process Execution Executive from
Logistic/Shipping/Freight forwarding background.
Logistic/Shipping/Freight forwarding background.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs the day-to-day execution of tasks assigned to the Process Teams that includes one or
more of the following (but not limited to)
1) Creation of Booking Bill of Lading
2) Booking Bill of Lading amendments
3) Reconciliation (Export Import)
4) Manifest Closure Manifest Corrections
5) Invoice Generation
6) Execution handling of Export Import Shipment related tasks
7) Rates Contract Filings
8) Master Data Management
Responsible for adhering to process SOPs and SLAs as defined to maintain Quality.
Learn and Excel one processes from above list based on the assignments.
Qualification:
Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in the Logistics or Maritime specialization

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience in shipping operations desirable
