Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing and PR Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing strategies, PR, and
design communication, with a strong proficiency in still and motion graphics using Adobe Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Design and produce compelling visual content, including graphics and motion graphics, using Adobe Suite to support marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the brand's presence and reputation.
- Networking: Identify and engage with potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Campaign Management: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on analytics.
- Design Communication: Ensure all marketing and PR materials reflect the brands identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business
objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing and PR.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and public relations.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create engaging visual content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is imperative.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
