Bench Sales Recruiter

Title: Bench SalesJob Recruiter
Location: Onsite Only, Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 5Days a Week, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Only Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of USA work visas including H-1B, L-1, CPT, OPT, GC, and USC to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Job Portal Management: Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster USA, LinkedIn, Tech Fetch, Indeed, and ProHires to source, connect with, and engage a wide range of IT professionals.
• Candidate Management: Manage recruitment processes for contract-to-contract (C2C), W2, and 1099 positions.
• Payment and Documentation: Handle payment terms (Net15, Net30, Net45, Net60), rate confirmations, and documentation with a focus on transparency and efficiency.
• Compliance and Onboarding: Understand I94 records and travel history to facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure adherence to travel regulations.
• Tools Utilization: Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Ceipal to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of USA work visa categories and related compliance.
• Hands-on experience with major job portals and sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with various payment terms and recruitment documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools like Ceipal.
