Network Security Engineer

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution (Proxy, Firewall, Network related issues)
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues (Proxy, Firewall, Network related issues)
• Architecture skills to translate customer requirements into technical solution
• Ability to write technical documentation in the form of high- and low-level designs
• Actively participating in all phases of Security projects like executes POC (Proof-of-concept), Project planning, SOW, Implementations, Documentation and Project Sign-off.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.
• Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.
• Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording/document and closure of all issues
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 - 6 years experience on Proxies or Firewall

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

- The candidate should be open to working in the Cyber Security domain

- In-depth knowledge / Expertise in any Firewall or Proxy

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent client-facing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Note:

This role would require candidate to work from the office in rotational shifts.
