Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
• Plan and execute all paid social media, PPC, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Optimize marketing campaigns through A/B testing, creative copywriting, targeting strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Collaborate with MESH Works Marketing Team to create landing pages.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
• Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI on ad spend.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Proven experience with paid advertising on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and ROI calculations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make strategic decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page development.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms.
