Role & responsibilities
Preparing the PO, Sales Contract, Invoice.
• Following up with the logistics to ascertain final cost.
• Handling Foreign sales inquiries.
• Handling the LC shipment, FOB shipment, CFR & CNF shipment and CIF
shipment, CAD shipment.
• Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Preparing & assembling of the documents to facilitate exports.
• Calculated weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.
• Using Excel tracking spreadsheets to monitor information about customers,
shipments, and business activities.
• organising and arranging the shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, dock receipts and certificates of origin for
each shipment.
