Client Services Representative - Events & Influencer Marketing

Job Description:
The Client Servicing Representative will act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring successful execution of events and influencer marketing campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

Brief Understanding and Planning

• Interpret client briefs to develop clear and actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the project scope and objectives.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Work with internal teams to develop, execute, and manage events and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and influencer teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Develop detailed project timelines and monitor progress.

Attending Meetings and Presentations

• Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and provide updates on projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase campaign strategies, updates, and results.
• Act as a representative of the company during pitches, proposals, and review meetings.

Influencer Collaboration

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to meet campaign goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers.
• Ensure influencers deliver content according to guidelines and timelines.

Event Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
• Ensure seamless execution of client-branded events with attention to detail.

Reporting and Analysis

• Provide clients with regular updates and reports on campaign/event progress.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate post-campaign reports, and offer insights for future improvements.

Budget Management

• Develop and manage budgets for events and campaigns.
• Ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client servicing, events, or influencer marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current trends in events and influencer marketing.
