Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing client base to generate new sales opportunities and expand business relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and goals to promote suitable products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and achieve organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Merits Capital's products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and manage risks.
- Manage client portfolios by making informed investment decisions, monitoring performance, and rebalancing as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.
- MBA graduates are preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or appropriate regulatory licenses (e.g, SEC) are a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business success.
- Strong existing client base with established relationships in relevant industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
