Job Description
Job Description / Key Role of Legal Manager
- Supervise / Guide Team of 6-7 people
- Handle all legal matters of the Company
- Draft, Review, Vett, Negotiate, etc. variety of Agreements/ Contracts
- Effective use of Contract Management System (Zoho).
- Work on continuous improvement of the standard drafts/ formats/ templates.
- Work as a part of the team and guide the team whenever and wherever needed.
- Inculcate learning amongst the team members and oneself by way of discussion on any new legal development like case laws, clauses, new legislations, etc.
- Promptly respond to queries from team members and other colleagues/ from the organization including the Management.
- Escalate any unresolved issue to the Department Head.
- Appear in Court hearings/ Arbitration and represent on behalf of the Company.
