Job Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female graduates to join our team as Field Sales Executives. This role involves engaging with top surgeons, doctors, and head nurses to promote product awareness and achieve sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and nursing staff.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective field visits.
• Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities for product promotion.
• Gather market insights and feedback to improve product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
