Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to facilitate the post-sales banking process for our esteemed customers. The selected candidate will act as the single point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for clients by assisting them with financial formalities and documentation from property booking to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers after they confirm their property purchase decision.
• Provide guidance on financial formalities, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct an initial evaluation of customers' financial eligibility, including CIBIL score checks.
• Collaborate with banking partners to process loan applications efficiently.
• Ensure timely submission and verification of all required documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure smooth coordination.
• Follow up with banks for loan approval, sanction letters, and disbursements.
• Oversee documentation such as agreement for sale, loan agreements, and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Address client queries related to the loan process and post-sales documentation.
• Provide consistent updates to customers on the status of their loan application and disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate, banking, NBFCs, or similar domains.
• Hands-on experience in handling loan processing, documentation, and customer interactions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan processes, CIBIL evaluation, and banking documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
