Billing Executive

Position: Billing Engineer

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel / Currey Road)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in real estate or construction billing.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and verify bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
2. Process contractor and vendor invoices and ensure alignment with work completed.
3. Maintain and update measurement books (MBs) and other project-related documentation.
4. Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines.
5. Coordinate with site teams for work progress verification and validation.
6. Prepare client invoices and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
7. Identify discrepancies or variations in billing and resolve them.
8. Ensure compliance with project contracts and guidelines.
9. Maintain records of all payments, receipts, and relevant approvals.
10. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth billing operations.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction billing, contracts, and BOQ.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

Key Attributes:

• Organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GST and tax compliance in billing.
