Job Summary:
The Incumbent shall be responsible for understanding the billing and invoice calculations generated by our digital advertising contract management system (Operative System) and Prepaid accounts Reconciliations.

Primary responsibilities:

• Review delivery data and invoice calculations generated from Operative
• Should review and validate Contracts/insertion orders in greater detail.
• Generate invoices using Operative / (Booster) & Oracle Billing interface.
• Interact with the US Digital Finance team, Revenue Operations, and Customer service managers to resolve any billing
• discrepancies.
• Prepare digital campaign billing and dispute reports.
• Invoice processing by validating the GL strings and processing accurately in the Mark View System
• Prepare Prepaid expense account reconciliations in Blackline
• Consolidation of the digital payments from the vendor on a monthly basis and posting of the journals as well.
• Sound knowledge of accruals and revenue recognition.

Required Skills

• Master s in business/commerce 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great organizational skills for meeting strict deadlines
• Must be a detailed-oriented and proactive individual able to work well independently
• Medium to High level of proficiency in Excel
• Possess the ability to follow through and maintain detailed accurate records
• Be a problem solver and exhibit an analytical approach.
• Knowledge of accounting principles with media and/or advertising agencies experiences is a plus.
• Accounting or Finance professional required.

Ability to learn billing systems effectively.
