Senior Associate Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Weekly pending order compilation of manufacturing suppliers and follow up as per the supplier committed delivery date (OA date)Scheduled supplier visits

Responsible for compilation of weekly department report
Representation for T1 T2 GEMBA from department
Involving in technical discussion with the business partners in CFT
Responsible for getting the rework modifications of Standard / custom systems parts and sub-assemblies
CFT member for periodic audits of manufacturing suppliers lead by SQA and close the points relevant for OMM
Responsible for sustaining of delivery performance of manufacturing suppliers month on month with right quality ( >95%)
Responsible for implementation and Sustenance of VMI at supplier premises phase wise
Support to Industrialization team for the development of manufactured parts for new transfer Projects
Responsible for rework OR modification of Manufactured parts from Import sources to make them fit for use (Case to Case basis)
On time completion of all the assigned Custom Engineered Products ( Simple to Complex) Strategic Impact Should be capable to drive a complex transfer Project
Conversant with New Product Development Cooperation Internally Externally Working very closely with , Production, SQA Quality Control Purchase Team,Projects team Procurement
Ware-house (Stores) Professional relationship with suppliers
Candidate s Profile Education Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from reputed Engineering college
Work Experience Good knowledge on Machining of Metal Plastic (all categories) parts, Fabrication welding of Stainless Steel
Capable to Read Understand Engineering Drawings of the above categories with expertise in GD T manufacturing concepts
Must have around 5 to 6 years of experience
Worked in reputed Engineering / Pharma Industries preferably good MNC s
