Senior Expert Open Text

The Application Consultant acts as technical experts responsible for Open Text Applications Exstream (Stream Serve) / Archive Center to provide state-of-the-art solutions for our business areas

This includes the configuration and implementation following established processes to meet customer requirements

Responsibilities:Need to interact with project leads as well as business representatives to plan, prepare, execute, and monitor projects as well as individual Change Requests

The execution will be either performed by the Application Consultant directly or by leveraging technical skills provided by external partners

Should ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, application life cycle management, and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance

Thus should be in the position to consult business partners to find suitable and sustainable solutions to meet customer demands

Service Performance Monitoring of the Application Managed Services provided by our strategic partners belongs to the role of meeting the agreed KPIs

This includes periodic reviews and the use of defined processes to hand over new services

Open Text Exstream as well as Archive Center are connected to all relevant ERP systems

The integration of all those components and the participation in architecture design decisions is also part of this position

Who you areYou have Bachelors/master s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software or applications services and a minimum 5-year experience within an international environment

You have a strong experience in OpenText Exstream (StreamServe) and its related components - XMLIN, RDI, Story Teller, exposure to CAS management, descriptor, Supervisor, OTDS, etc

You have have demonstrated experience in OpenText Archive Center, document pipeline concept and Enterprise ScanIntegration experience with SAP S/4 HANA and other SAP ERPsSkills related to Server, Vulnerability, Demand management and good knowledge about Portfolio management

Excellent troubleshooting skills and effective communication with multiple teams in a dynamic environmentUnderstanding GxP environments and Qualification ownership responsibility is a plusAny other OpenText product like VIM, xECM, Core Archive will be added advantage

Basic experience with SAP transactions and preferably on DMS areaProficient in English
