• Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in the CRM system.
• Offer step-by-step instructions to customers for resolving hardware or software issues, ensuring they feel confident in their troubleshooting efforts.
• If necessary, escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams, ensuring a smooth resolution for the customer.
