Academic

Undergraduate or Postgraduate from reputed institute

Technical / Professional

Good knowledge in Textile & Excellent communication & computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients globally
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling requests, and offering product recommendations
• To create & maintain excellent relationship with customers & suppliers
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the achievement of sales targets and ensure smooth operations from production to delivery
• Review all product costing and pricing. Prepare costing and estimate profits from each order
• Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship
• Maintain Cordial relation with all departments
• To strategize innovative ideas to simplify process and make it more efficient
• The candidate should be highly motivated & self driven
• Business Professionalism & Integrity

Good in English, Hindi and should be able to speak in Tamil.
