- Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote across various channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the furnishing industry, including fabrics, colors, designs, and patterns, to ensure the brand stays competitive and relevant.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the international market.
- Create marketing content and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
- Merchandising:
- Manage the product portfolio for the brand, ensuring that the right products are available for the right market at the right time.
- Oversee the presentation of products, including their layout, packaging, and display.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that the fabrics and products align with the latest international trends and client needs.
- Client Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients globally.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling requests, and offering product recommendations.
- Coordinate with international clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Sales Support & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the achievement of sales targets and ensure smooth operations from production to delivery.
- Monitor and report on marketing and merchandising performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
