Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research Trend Analysis:
2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the wedding industry.
3. Analyze competitor strategies and suggest innovative ideas to stay ahead.
4. New Market Launch Planning:
5. Plan and execute the launch of new markets or service expansions.
6. Develop timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies for smooth rollouts.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
8. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Operations, and HR teams to align strategies and ensure timely execution.
9. Serve as the central point of contact between teams to streamline communication and workflows.
10. Project Execution Management:
11. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for new projects and initiatives.
12. Track performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
13. Innovation Process Improvement:
14. Introduce new ideas, processes, and tools to improve operational efficiency.
15. Develop SOPs and frameworks for scalability and consistency.
16. Stakeholder Management:
17. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to support business objectives.
18. Ensure clear accountability and ownership across teams.

• Successful execution of new market launches within defined timelines and budgets.
• Identifying and implementing new trends
• Improvement in cross-functional collaboration leading to faster execution timelines.
• Increase in operational efficiency through process enhancements and SOP implementation.
• Clear and consistent reporting of project performance metrics and progress updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tier 1 MBA with 0-2 years of experience or Tier 1 Undergrad/Tier 2 MBA with 4-10 years of experience in FMCG/E-Com/Fast Paced startups
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
• Strong Advanced Excel and Presentation skills
