Job description
- Evaluation of Pre-qualification of vendors for required works.
- Responsible for sourcing prospective contractors for various MEP trades
- Tender Preparation, floating of tenders to contractors for all MEP Works, Prebid meeting, Coordination with the internal stake holder teams for required details
- Negotiation, finalization of specification and terms and conditions with MEP contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
- Coordination and monitor contractors, Internal stake holders VIZ Budgeting team, Design team, Projects team for smooth operations at site and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Comparison of Quotes, Rate reviews, negotiations, finalizing the rates, reviewing the rates quoted.
- Preparation of rate analysis for MEP packages.
- Preparation of file notes for management approval, Work Order, Agreements, Amended orders.
- Reviewing of rates for non-tendered items and amendment of Work Order, with justification or finalised rates.
