The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive business growth and maximize ROI. This role requires a data-driven approach, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in managing paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Execution:
Develop, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Define campaign goals, budgets, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
Optimization Analytics:
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and implement data-driven optimizations.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
SEO SEM Management:
Oversee keyword research and bidding strategies for Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Optimize website and landing pages to improve quality scores and ad relevance.
Social Media Display Advertising:
Execute paid social media campaigns, retargeting strategies, and influencer collaborations.
Manage programmatic display and native advertising for brand awareness and lead generation.
Budget Management ROI Analysis:
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and future strategies.
Collaboration Innovation:
Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad platforms, and new marketing technologies.
Requirements Skills:
Experience: 3-7 years in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
Tools Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Data Studio.
Technical Knowledge: PPC, SEO, programmatic advertising, retargeting, funnel optimization.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
Creative Mindset: Experience working with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, test new strategies, and adapt quickly.
