Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

2. Brand Management:

• Oversee the development and implementation of brand identity and messaging.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across all platforms and communications.

3. Digital Marketing:

• Drive digital transformation by leveraging online channels, analytics, and tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

4. Market Research and Insights:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

• Translate insights into actionable strategies to increase market share and customer loyalty.

5. Revenue Growth:

• Develop and oversee campaigns to generate leads, drive sales, and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

6. Performance Metrics:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Regularly report on campaign performance and ROI to the executive team

• Experience in Ecommerce, Health & wellness, D2C.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Overall experience of 10+ years. Proven experience (5+ years) in senior marketing roles, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience of scaling nutrition brands and D2C brands will be preferred.
