Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis
- Analyse Performance Signals across technical dimensions.
- Develop analytical frameworks for weighted Technical Dimension Scores.
- Conduct benchmark analysis and performance-trending.
- Create comprehensive performance reports and insights.
Data Management
- Design data collection methodologies for performance metrics.
- Validate and clean performance data across project phases.
- Implement quality control measures for data accuracy.
- Develop standardized reporting templates.
Dashboard Analytics
- Define KPI visualization requirements.
- Create analytical models for performance scoring.
- Design performance monitoring frameworks.
- Develop automated scoring mechanisms for different project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Master s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in data analytics.
- Strong background in construction or real estate analytics.
- Experience with performance monitoring systems.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Statistical programming (R, Python).
- Data visualisation expertise.
Core Competencies
