Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture
- Design and implement data infrastructure to capture Performance Signals across technical dimensions.
- Develop automated data collection systems for real-time performance monitoring from structured and unstructured data.
- Create data models to support performance scoring and benchmarking.
System Development
- Build ETL pipelines for processing construction project metrics.
- Develop algorithms for weighted calculations of Technical Dimension Scores.
- Create automated reporting systems for the compilation of the Performance Index.
Analytics Infrastructure
- Implement data validation and quality control mechanisms.
- Design databases to store and track historical performance data.
- Develop APIs for cross-platform data integration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree / Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in data engineering, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Strong background in database design and ETL processes.
- Experience with construction management systems and project control databases.
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL and database management.
- Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with BI tools and data visualisation platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
- Proficiency in building automated reporting systems.
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling complex data structures.
- Understanding of construction industry metrics.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
