Job Description:

Mehta Real Estate is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and build our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and audience growth.
• SEO/SEM Campaigns: Optimize website content and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials to attract potential clients.
• Analytics: Track, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms.
• Website Management: Ensure the website is updated, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
• Lead Generation: Identify, attract, and nurture potential leads through online marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
