Job Description :

We at Meghavi Wellness SPA are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the design, construction, and development of a premium spa outlet at Mumbai Airport. The candidate will have expertise in Execution of architectural design site management, and construction oversight with a focus on creating high-end, functional spaces within airport environment .

Experience : 5+ years in Construction in Large commercial spaces or Airport Retail Stores

Education :Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or a related field.

Site Supervisor Skills :

• Strong knowledge of construction management processes.
• Expertise in vendor and contractor negotiations and management.
• Familiarity with interior design and construction aesthetics.
• Proficiency in material specification, cost estimation, and procurement.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills to contract prices, terms, and conditions.
• Ability to monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction process of SPA outlets in Mumbai, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Source, manage, and evaluate contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality work, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with internal design teams and external architects to ensure compliance with aesthetic guidelines and brand identity.
• Specify, source, and procure materials, ensuring they meet design, quality, and cost requirements.
• Monitor the quality of construction work and interior design elements, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgeting for each project, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Regularly visit construction sites, provide progress updates to senior management, and address any challenges during construction.
• Ensure the final outlets provide an exceptional customer experience through layout, design, and functionality.
