Calculate and process full and final settlements for employees leaving the company (resignation, termination, retirement, etc.).
Ensure accurate and timely calculation of various components like salary, leave encashment, bonus, incentives, gratuity, provident fund (PF), and other applicable dues as per the companys policies.
Deduct outstanding dues, loans, or advances as per the settlement agreement.
Prepare and manage all necessary documents related to employee separation, including experience letters, relieving letters, no-dues clearance, and other statutory forms.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (e.g., tax laws, gratuity, PF, and insurance).
Ensure adherence to timelines and legal requirements for full and final settlements.
Act as a point of contact for employees during the offboarding process, addressing queries related to final settlements and providing clarity on calculation and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of full and final settlements in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or relevant database.
