As part of the Meesho growth team, we drive end-to-end structured growth for Meesho: from improving top of mind awareness to acquisition and activation of new users, all the way to engaging and retaining them, even resurrecting churned users.Beyond increasing the total active user base at Meesho, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.), and increasing repeat preference for Meesho.

About the Role
As a Senior Growth Associate in our team, you will play a key role in driving NMV within the Growth Team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns on app activities, identifying new problem areas, and conducting experiments to determine the most effective strategies. You will own the execution, tracking, and performance of all the assets and experiments.
What you will do
- Plan and execute all marketing on app activities.
- Collaborate with growth, business, and product teams on a wide variety of activities, planning, and execution.
- Monitor key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and quality checks for optimal results.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of various initiatives, campaigns, and experiments in a timely manner, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations to improve relevant metrics within the app.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize the platform.
What you will need
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in startups or consumer internet companies, preferably in growth or category marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools, demonstrating the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
