Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and services.

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and finance teams to design efficient solutions.

✅ Conduct data analysis, create reports, and generate insights to drive business decisions.

✅ Work on regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and financial modeling.

✅ Assist in the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools.

✅ Define key performance metrics and track business performance.

✅ Support project management, testing, and user acceptance phases.

✅ Prepare business reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✔ Strong understanding of financial products, asset management, or fintech.

✔ Experience with financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.

✔ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, IFRS, Basel norms, etc.).

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience in working with financial software, ERP systems, and CRM tools

Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
