Job Description: Medical Representative Respiratory Care

Location: Multiple locations (open to travel within 300 km radius)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-1 interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate Cipla’s respiratory care products.

Organize and facilitate Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in collaboration with the marketing team.

Build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions in the assigned territory.

Collaborate with the Regional Area Sales Manager (ASM) to strategize and execute territory-specific activities.

Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the marketing team and healthcare professionals.

Regularly update reports on field activities and provide feedback for improving promotional strategies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (BAMS, BDS, BHMS) or related field.

Strong knowledge of respiratory care and related medical products.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Open to traveling within a 300 km radius of the assigned location (TA will be provided by Cipla if required).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
