Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences and position marketing efforts accordingly.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive business growth.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and schedule social media content and engagement activities.
• Optimize digital marketing efforts through SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Track and analyze online performance metrics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content & Branding:

• Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics, ads, and promotional materials.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Events & PR:

• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and brand promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social media, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, or other marketing software is a plus.
