Voice Process Executive (Sales)

A Voice Process Executive (Sales) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Present and explain products/services effectively to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle objections and negotiate deals professionally.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with previous experience in the same field.

Strong verbal and written communication in English (and other relevant languages).

Customer Handling Skills Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Persuasion & Negotiation Ability to convince customers and close sales.
