Hiring For Senior UI UX Designer

Position: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Skills Required:

• Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Web and Mobile application UI/UX designing
• Collect and evaluate user requirements with help of product managers, business analysts and stakeholders
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts and organize UI/UX in a way that's intuitive and easy for users to understand
• Create intuitive UI mockups and prototypes in line with UI standards and guidelines depicting how web, mobile app and BI dashboards will look and feel for given business requirements.
• Present draft designs to internal teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the design.
• Experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery will be added advantage.
• Ensuring cross browser compatibility, performance, responsive design layouts and cross OS compatibility for IOS and Android.
• Design interfaces that are inclusive and accessible for user personas with disabilities or low digital literacy
• Competent with emerging trends in UI/UX, and have a knack for visual design, colors combination and usability perspective.
• Prior experience on working with Healthcare domain preferable
• Experience with Design thinking preferable
• Experience on Agile/SCRUM methodologies with be added advantage.

Education: BE - Computer, Computer science, Information technology or related field

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
