Job Description:

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Tableau dashboards
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online
• Excellent data visualization skills and a strong understanding of best practices in data visualization
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into Tableau dashboards
• Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization
• Ability to query and display large data sets, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting solutions
• Able to manage Tableau Server, dashboards and reports accessibility, scheduling data refreshes, and monitoring server performance to ensure smooth operation.
• Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to integrate Tableau with various data sources
• Prior experience on working with US Healthcare domain preferable
• Experience on Agile/SCRUM methodologies with be added advantage.

Education: BE-Computer, computer science, information technology

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of other BI tools including Microsoft PowerBI and technologies is a plus
