Project Manager - IT (2pm To 11 pm Shift)

- Hands on Experience Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, testers, designers, DevOps, etc.).

Comfortable with Tools like Jira, Azure Devops, Confluence, MS Project and Teams.

- Work with the Automation Teams in Chennai & Colombo to assign tasks and manage the RPA project timelines.

- Management Skills

- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team cohesion and high performance.

- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.

- Set clear expectations, establish goals and KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Resolve conflicts and address challenges within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other departments, to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

- Technical Skills

- Possess a strong technical background in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack.

- Understand software architecture and design principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability, to guide the development of robust and scalable software solutions.

- Work with the Automation Teams in Chennai & Colombo to assign tasks and manage the RPA project timelines.

- Implement best practices in software engineering, such as version control, code review processes, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices, to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

- Apply problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to overcome technical challenges and drive project success.

- Project Management Skills

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, defining milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
