Job Description

MEDREV HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Regional Operation Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for each branch/location within the region
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as sales figures, revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction, for each branch/location
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the region
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and eliminate redundancies
  • Staff Management: Supervise and provide leadership to branch managers and other operational staff within the region
  • Set performance expectations, provide guidance and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operational team
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance within the region, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Develop and manage budgets for each branch/location, ensuring adherence to financial targets
  • Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and customer retention
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the region
  • Mitigate operational risks by implementing appropriate controls and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance and risk exposure
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on regional operations, performance, and initiatives
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, operational trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers within the region
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Identify and onboard new vendors when necessary
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to operations management
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the region
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the operational team
