Job Description
MEDREV HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Regional Operation Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for each branch/location within the region
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as sales figures, revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction, for each branch/location
- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the region
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and eliminate redundancies
- Staff Management: Supervise and provide leadership to branch managers and other operational staff within the region
- Set performance expectations, provide guidance and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operational team
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance within the region, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Develop and manage budgets for each branch/location, ensuring adherence to financial targets
- Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region
- Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and customer retention
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the region
- Mitigate operational risks by implementing appropriate controls and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance and risk exposure
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on regional operations, performance, and initiatives
- Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, operational trends, and strategic recommendations
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers within the region
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Identify and onboard new vendors when necessary
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to operations management
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the region
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the operational team
